I was looking for any help on keeping my mini-farm happy and healthy. This is an easy way to keep your flock watered. No one wants to have a mess with overturned water containers. It does help keeping the process of tending your chickens to a minimum. Be sure to leave the cap on the jug on in order to restrict water flow.
If you add a few pieces to the pipes, it will make it easy to take apart and clean. It is slightly more expensive and bit more complicated but keeping the whole area clean is a must. Keep an eye on them roosting on top of the jug. They don’t seem to try roosting on the spouts but they love getting up there.
