My hubby and I strive for a more natural route to daily living, We refrain from using chemicals in our home. In the past, we have used diatomaceous earth in our home and yard with some success for flea and tick prevention, however it’s dusty and makes a mess, and washes away when it rains.
I recently discovered that cedar oil eliminates ticks naturally better than most chemical store bought products. Cedar oil not only kills ticks, it deters rodents too, when rodents stay away so do the ticks. I have noticed a 100% decrease in the amount of mice and moles my cat has been catching since the cedar oil products were applied to my lawn.
