Asparagus is quite possibly my favorite vegetable ever! I love the taste, the texture and recently I love going to my garden and harvesting a fresh batch of asparagus. Which saves me about 5-10 bucks each time.
If planted correctly, asparagus can keep on producing for around 20 years! I planted mine wrong 4 years ago and only got a few shoots but after re planting the way I am showing you today, you will have a bountiful harvest for months and months. Plant now for a head start next year!
