How many times have you got home from work and thought, snap, I forgot to get the meat out, now what are we going to have for dinner? I know my hubs has said those words with a few swear words thrown in for good measure.

Well next time you forget to get the meat out to defrost don’t get mad or have something else that for dinner…  There is an FDA approved way to quickly defrost chicken, pork, beef or any other small cuts of meat, and you won’t risk cooking it or dealing with any harmful bacteria.
