Beef jerky is packed to the rims with protein and has been satisfying meat lovers urges for thousands of years! I personally don’y like jerky! I know, I know… haters will hate but I just can’t eat the stuff.

I am sharing so my hubby see this and can make him self a batch. He is always buying it from the store so I thought we could become a little more self sufficient and make our own and save some cash. Plus by all accounts when you make your own jerky you will never go back to store bought jerky ever again!
