Did you know that Halloween is the second only to Christmas regarding money spent? It’s not surprising, but it’s true. What with costumes, candy for trick-or-treaters, and decorations, the money spent really adds up.
Fortunately, there are lots of fun and easy ways to decorate for Halloween on a budget, especially if you’re willing to do a little work. One of my favorite projects are these cute Floating Witch Hat Luminaries. They’re festive, unexpected, and easy to make! I’ll be making and hanging several of these at varying heights along the length of my front porch for a fun sight for my neighbors.
