Butter is a staple in our house. We use it pretty much daily. Gone are the days that you can just pop down the local dairy and get some cream and make your own but don’t worry, this old but not quite forgotten method of making your own tasty, preservative free butter is still out there.

I wanted to share this because although nowadays may not be as cheap to do as a few years ago, it is still worth it in my books. You get fresh as it comes butter which tastes so much better than store bought butter. Check out the tutorial and make as much or as little as you like.
