How to Make a No-Sew Window Treatment with One Piece of Fabric. Includes Four Styling Options!
I have a guilty confession to make: I have lived in my house for more than five years and have only hung curtains on one window. Don’t get me wrong, we have blinds in our windows to afford us some privacy and protection, but I’ve never gotten around to hanging fabric window treatments on the other windows in the house. The main reason is that I haven’t found any that I like that are affordable. I had considered sewing some, but I was just learning to sew when my baby was born; I haven’t had time for any more lessons and feel unprepared to sew curtains. Now, armed with this no-sew tutorial, I have no reasonable excuse to not get it done.
I love that I can purchase one reasonably-priced, attractive piece of fabric per window and have multiple ways of styling the ways they hang. Since my house has a pretty open floor plan, I’d like to have matching fabric in my living room, kitchen, and dining room but differentiate the rooms by hanging the window treatments in several styles. And now I know how.
