Avocado Garlic Toast Recipe
I was watching Kelly and Michael last week and it was the first I’d ever heard of “Avocado Toast”. It didn’t sound appetizing in the beginning, but I’m so glad I tried it!
Somehow, the crunch of the toast with the smooth texture of the avocado and kick of the red pepper flakes has created a new daily craving for me. The best part of this is that it is so versatile. You could add pico de gallo, radishes and fresh dill, micro greens and balsamic vinegar, egg over easy or boiled, fresh salmon with cream cheese and chives, or even Parmesan cheese!
