Amish Onion Patties Recipe

Made these last night and I think my husband fell in love with me all over again..lol..I put some cayenne pepper in the batter to kick it up a little…They were great. Will be making these again for sure.

You can easily doubled the recipe and made a big batch for a group of friends. These onion fritters are so addicting and wonderful, you will have no leftovers even with a huge batch!
