4. Under The Stairs Storage
If you live in a house you probably have some storage available under the stairs. Some houses have plaster board up so this storage is wasted. I found a fabulous website that shows us 33 different ways you can utilize the space under your stairs. This premium space will be a god send when you start to store your stuff there.
You may need to call in a carpenter or skilled home repair person in order to use this space but the wow factor and space you regain is totally worth the money spent. Better yet, if you feel like you can do it yourself then you could save some money and put that towards other space saving projects.
