The weather is perfect for camping right now. Get out and enjoy the fall weather. Oh man, I can’t wait to go camping next week. We try to go 4 times a year, 2 times in the spring and 2 times in the fall. This year we went 5 times in the spring and hopefully 3 times this fall.

Food is always an issue when we go camping because I don’t want to cook a big meal. Big meals means pots and pans and a lot of clean up. Thats why I want to cook in foil. NO mess and yummy results because all of the flavours combine.
